*Pricing ranges per design, crystal and Jersey selection. Final price will be provided once design is selected. This $100 fee is a design fee that is required for custom orders to begin creative design work. This fee will be applied to the total remaining balance once purchase is completed.

This unique Jersey design will be created from a collection of crystals from Swaroski to create what you imagine through BA's custom design process.
Every Jersey comes with a personalized Birth Certifcate for authentication that will be customized per your design.

SHIPPING INFO
- Product will ship Fedex or expedited if requested with additional fees.
- Tracking will be provided once product ships.
- Product will be packed in a secure kraft mailer box and wrapped in a plastic sleeve.
