- BA is not responsible or liable for any injury caused by a person swallowing crystals or other incorrect use of the product. 

- BA is not responsible for improper boot fit.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct sizing before ordering. *See boot guidelines on our page for helpful tips on sizing. 

- All sales final.  No refunds or returns.

- 100% payment is due to begin boot fabrication. 

- Cancellations with 100% refund must be requested within 24 hours of order being placed or they will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS!  

- $100 design fee will be required for custom orders to begin creative design work. This fee will be applied to the total remaining balance once purchase is completed.

- Customer is required to fill out a custom application form before ordering custom product. 

- Customer is required to sign off on design proof along with 100% payment in order for fabrication to begin.

- Customer is permitted two “reasonable” revisions on custom design proofs before additional fees are added. 

- Once design proof is signed for custom orders and payment is received, no refunds are allowed

- BA is not responsible for shipping company damages or delays.

- If product is damaged at delivery you have 24 hours to contact BA with appropriate details. Details include damage description, photos, and delivery tracking information

- If product is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact BA as soon as possible to discuss terms.

- Turnaround times/Ship By dates are ESTIMATES ONLY, and are NOT guaranteed (with the exception of holiday delivery guarantees).

- Please allow up to 2 business days from the time a shipping label is created for your order to be dropped off/picked up and tracking information is provided. You will receive an emailed tracking number when your order has shipped.    

- If product is purchased as a gift and does not fit, please contact us within 15 days of purchase to discuss terms. BA may offer a 25% courtesy refund on a limited, case-by-case basis depending on product purchased.

- If issues occur with a product please contact BA immediately with details. 

- Boot manufacturer warranties are not valid and will not be the responsibility of BA. 

- BA is not responsible for original product issues. BA is only responsible for crystal design and application. 

- BA does provide warranty on crystal design & application for up to 1 year and may vary depending on product.

- Cleaning and Care for BA Boot: We recommend cleaning per the specific boot manufacturers directions. But be mindful of the locations of the Swarovski Crystals.

Swarovski Crystal Cleaning and Care: Tips and Instructions for crystals not applied on textiles. Use a clean, dry and antistatic cloth to remove light dust layers. Prevent fingerprints when handling Swarovski crystals with white cotton gloves. For heavier dirt, use lukewarm water with a little dishwashing detergent. 

- BA reserves the right to post photos as marketing and reproduce any design created within.
